Whilst our focus is on developing parenting plans outside of court, we understand that many families will need the assistance of an FDR Practitioner to be a neutral third party to assist them in developing a plan together, where issues are in dispute.
- Accredited FDR Practitioners
We are accredited by the Australian Government - Attorney Generals Department to facilitate family dispute resolution (FDR). Our key FDRPs has collective experience in over successful 1,000 matters and are considered as the leading FDRP's in Australia.
- Specialist Practitioners
Our FDR Practitioners specialise in family dispute resolution, working with families pre-court or as ordered by the court, with an aggregate success rate of over 90% of clients that attend FDR reach an agreement and develop a mutually agreed plan.
- Section 60 Certification
As our FDR Practitioners are accredited by the Australian Government - Attorney Generals Department they are able to issue Section 60 Certificates, which are a requirement to submit to the Family Court, when making an application for or to vary existing court orders.

Our fee structure for FDR mediation is transparent and is considered by clients to be the best value for money with experienced FDR practitioners. Our cost for the whole parenting FDR process is $2,540 includes, intake, 4hrs mediation and documentation of agreements reached.

Our FDR Practitioners are considered as industry leaders and all possess a high level of experience as FDRP’s, family mediators, lawyers and or family consultants.
The cost is fixed at $2,540.
This includes:
- Intake and Assessment with Parent A
- Intake and Assessment with Parent B
- Up to four (4) hours of mediation with an FDRP
- Professionally drafted Parenting Plan based on agreements reached
- Section 60 Certificate (if required)
- Invitation to Mediate (if required)
We operate throughout NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA, NT, WA and TAS and conduct our sessions remotely.
It is a simple process:
- book your consultation and pay your fee
- complete your intake and we will invite the other parent in
- we complete the intake with the other parent
- attend your 4 hour mediation with a FDR practitioner
- we will forward your parenting plan
You then will receive your parenting order draft in both .doc and .pdf formats
