Whilst we are not a legal practice, we are able to assist you in drafting a document consistent with S63C(2) of the Family Law Act 1975 for parents, grandparents or other relatives.

When you work with us to draft your parenting order, we work on a simple fixed fee, that includes your onboarding, 2 hour consultancy and the documentation. We believe that this process should be accessible to everyone, regardless of your location and that it should be affordable.

Our practitioners specialise in family consultancy, working predominately outside the family court, where documenting parenting arrangements are everything we do. Our focus is ensuring the best interests of children and our practitioners are considerably experienced in this area.

We are not a legal practice and are not suited to those looking for a family law firm. We are a specialised practice that focuses on working with clients to develop documentation of parenting arrangements that are clear and concise that are drafted to a high standard, that are developed based on the best interests principles of children.

Our document issue is the fastest we are aware of. Your customised documentation will be sent to you in both Word and PDF formats by close of business on the day of your consultation with the specialist. We understand the need and benefit to having this documentation available promptly.

We offer a service that operates outside of legal proceedings, mediation and conflict. We work with one or both parents, working with you to developing a research backed parenting arrangements for a fixed fee within a matter of hours.

Our practitioners are some of the most experienced in Australia, and have considerable experience in drafting out of court parenting arrangement documentation in addition to undertaking family assessment reports.

People engage our service, when they seek to implement a plan and document that plan away from lawyers and the family court system.

As we do not operate as a legal practice or as lawyers we are unable to provide any legal advice.

The cost is fixed at $2,499 for a single parent session or with both parents.

The cost includes your onboarding and a two (2) hour teleconference session and the drafting of your document, which is issued in less than 24 hours.

We operate throughout NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA, NT, WA and TAS and conduct our sessions remotely.

No, many clients will develop a parenting order draft with us and send it to the other parent for signing. However, should you intend to lodge with the Family Court, the other parent will need consent to your proposed Parenting Order Draft.

You will need to take the appropriate steps when you have receive the draft document from us. We do not provide any legal advice, complete application forms or lodge any documents on your behalf.
